If they had just listed to their fucking engineers, none of this would have happened. But no, the penny pinching accountants had to save their measly $10M, and now this whole fiasco will cost them AT LEAST $20B. If they had just listened to the engineers, who knew their job was of a critical nature, this never would have happened. IMO, anything dealing with oil, nuclear power, or other power generation field, or a field where if something goes wrong, it goes REALLY wrong, they should design their widget like a brick shithouse, no questions asked.
